Our virtual e-design services are available to anyone, no matter where you live. They are ideal for the client who works well via email and is comfortable purchasing products online.

P&H e-DESIGN - How does it work?

  • Once you purchase your e-design package, we will introduce ourselves and you’ll be directed to fill out a form with details pertaining to your project. We will reach out with a scheduling start date option and arrange our phone consultation with you.

  • Prior to our phone consultation we require you to provide us photographs and measurements of your existing space, along with 3-5 inspiration photos for your project.

  • During your call, a Parker & Harlow designer will go over your project parameters and develop a deliverables list of your goals. This ensures our vision and priority lists are aligned and we are all on the same page. Once we’ve completed our phone consultation, the design phase begins!

  • Certainly not. We understand and embrace that our homes are fluid storybooks of our lives and appreciate heirlooms, sentimental pieces, and anything that currently gives you joy. If a whole new space is what you’re after, we are here for that also.

  • Our e-design clients receive a 15% discount to our online curated home goods selection. These savings often cover the cost of the design package itself, win-win! Our online shoppe is a seasonal selection of goods and only scratches the surface of our design studio’s offerings. Wallcoverings, window treatments, drapery hardware, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, and extensive collections of home accessories are available to our e-design clients at the same discount, and will be presented to you for consideration as applicable. We then ship these items to your home, where you will install them by following a detailed floor plan.

Your Custom e-Design Package:

When the design work is completed you will receive the end deliverable for your e-design project, which will include the following:

  1. A detailed floor plan of your space where applicable - usually not included with the kitchen and bathroom update packages.

  2. Design board plan, a visual of all the goods and changes to be added to your space.

  3. A shopping list to purchase applicable furniture and goods including the following: furniture and accessory selections (area carpets, art, etc.). Hard and soft finishes where applicable (flooring, tile, window treatments). Vertical plans for wall coverings, paint colours etc. All lighting and hardware.

  4. A discount code to enjoy shopping from the convenience of your own home.
