Update the materials in your home without a full renovation, this package tailors to your existing space. For a better understanding on our e-design packages and what to expect please visit our e-design page.
With this package we would love to help you update and refresh the materials in your home with up to 6 items including but not limited to: paint colours, millwork finish, hardware finish, wall coverings, tile, wall-to-wall carpeting, exterior paint, and flooring. Your deliverable may include drawings if required, but most often consist of general placement identification.
Following check-out, you will be contacted by our design team and directed to an intake form for your Material Selections Package. Within this welcome email you will also be directed to complete a little bit of homework over the first week that will be sent to us through email correspondence.
If you are located in BC, we provide you with an option to purchase select materials through our studio. Due to the vast selection of materials and variability of use on each individual project we do not present material selections as permanent items for purchase on our website. At the end of your project you will receive a link with a purchasing portal, including appropriate shipping costs. If you are located outside of BC, we create a list of specifications for you to source these items or as close as possible through your local distributors. 15% discount applies to all material goods purchased through our studio. Please note that measurements for material purchases are under your control. We will work with you to discern quantities for ordering and will require you to provide measurements where necessary.

First things first, we are so happy you’re here! This work is our passion and delight, and we are so thrilled to be working alongside you to make the materials in your home a dream come true. We’ve worked in this industry for a collective 30 years, and every single client coming to the table feels a little nervous or out of their comfort zone. We are here to reassure you that your dream home is not only possible, but with our new e-design services, it is only a few simple steps away! This package includes two rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at the rate of $130 per hour.
Your Initial Homework:
Please be prepared to collect the following details pertaining to your project so we can approach your phone consultation with all the necessary information ahead of time.
A hand or computer drawn floorpan with dimensions of your space, including the dimensions of any windows, height of the windows off the floor, doors, and thresholds.
Photographs of all angles of the room, including windows, doors, and thresholds. Usually 6-10 images. Note any flooring transitions and skylights.
4-5 images of inspiration for your space, ideas that bring you joy and spaces that support your lifestyle. Pinterest is a great place to gather images.
Photographs and dimensions of any pieces you may wish to integrate into the new space. Quite often clients wish to start from scratch, but we are happy to incorporate existing sentimental objects you may have.
